Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Egyptian market to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.Identify, prospect, and close deals with key clients including distributors, EPC contractors, IPPs (Independent Power Producers), and project developers.Maintain in-depth technical and commercial knowledge of PV module products to provide tailored solutions.Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and manage the entire order-to-cash cycle.Represent the company at major local and international solar exhibitions, conferences, and client roadshows.Provide actionable market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and regulatory changes to the headquarters.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, or Marketing.Minimum 3 years of solid sales experience specifically in the PV module or solar industry.Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with outstanding cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.Demonstrated track record of independently building and managing long-term, high-value client portfolios.High adaptability, willingness to undertake frequent business travel across Africa, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong analytical mindset with a proven focus on achieving measurable results.
