The Senior Sales professional will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, and promote MetLife Egypt’s insurance and financial solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings to assess needs, presenting tailored life, health, retirement, and wealth management products, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, managing renewal and upsell opportunities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Sales professional will collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and may mentor junior team members to support overall sales performance.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly and build long-term client relationships.Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution selling, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Background in Sales Management and Training, with experience coaching or mentoring sales teams considered an advantage.Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, preferably within life, health, retirement, or wealth management products.Solid negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented and ethical approach to selling.Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong time management, self-organization, and follow-up discipline.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
