Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales professional at Monterra Developments, located in North Coast A, British Columbia. The individual will be responsible for driving property sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, negotiating terms with clients, managing the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buyer experience.
