About the Role: vivo Egypt is seeking a professional Senior Retail Sales Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and executing training strategies that empower our retail staff. Your goal is to ensure that every team member is an expert on vivo products and capable of delivering a world-class customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Design: Create and update training modules, including product knowledge, soft skills, and sales techniques (Classroom materials, One-pagers, and Videos).Delivery: Lead engaging training sessions for new and existing employees across different regions (In-person and Virtual).Onboarding: Manage the full training cycle for new hires, ensuring they align with company culture and work processes.LMS Administration: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all training assets are up-to-date and accessible.Impact Assessment: Monitor and report on training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations, and sales performance data.Reporting: Deliver regular reports on training progress, attendance, and team development to the management. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Training field. Experience in Consumer Electronics or Retail is highly preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Marketing or Business is a plus).Skills: Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to simplify complex technical information for retail staff.Personal Attributes:Strong passion for smartphone technology and innovation.Proactive, energetic, and highly motivated.Strong leadership and coaching mindset.
