In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Sitecore solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing digital experiences for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Sitecore applications (XP / XM)Implement Helix architecture principles across all development activitiesDevelop templates, layouts, and reusable componentsWork with Sitecore SXA and Headless (JSS) frameworksIntegrate with external systems including CRM, APIs, and Identity providersOptimize application performance using advanced caching strategiesManage Sitecore environments (CM/CD) effectivelyImplement personalization and analytics featuresParticipate in code reviews and enforce development standardsTroubleshoot and resolve production issues efficientlyTechnical RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experienceStrong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET FrameworkExperience with Sitecore XP/XM, SXA, and Headless/JSSSolid experience with Microsoft SQL ServerFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practicesPreferred QualificationsSitecore CertificationExperience with multi-site and multi-language implementationsPrior experience in enterprise or government projectsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to perform under pressure in production environments
