Senior Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration, and integration to lead and design technical solutions for our client's Dynamics 365 projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes in a government environment and be able to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs while maintaining system integrity and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on integration with legacy government systems and customization as per business needs.Develop architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and roadmap for Dynamics 365 solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with government regulations.Manage the technical team to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.Conduct solution reviews and provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 updates and evolving trends in government IT solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsExtensive experience in Dynamics 365 architecture, implementation, and integration with third-party systems.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Deep technical understanding of cloud-based solutions, security frameworks, and integration techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.DesirableExperience in government projects in the UAE or GCC region.Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
