Senior Store Operations Specialist - Zara Egypt

Job Purpose:The Senior Store Operations Specialist is responsible for the entire store operations process and ensuring efficient stock services, aiming to exceed customer expectations with smooth and effective stock activities.Responsibilities:Facilitate effective communication with the store's commercial lead to efficiently plan store commercial moves, taking corrective action on schedules when necessary, whether related to stock or store arrangements. Plan and oversee shop cycle counts, communicate findings to internal stakeholders, and follow up with necessary analysis, troubleshooting, and proposed solutions as needed. Understand the seasonal commercial needs for each section and take proactive steps to prioritize stock capacity, replenishment, and processes to maximize revenue and achieve sales budget goals. Recognize and educate all store colleagues on basic safety standards and protocols for handling crisis situations when necessary. Monitor resource allocation, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations to enhance store productivity. Report findings and suggestions to the Store Operations Manager or equivalent as required. -Control shop expenses by emphasizing the importance of asset preservation. Utilize established procedures to identify any misuse or abuse, promptly notifying the Store Operations Manager or their equivalent and suggesting appropriate corrective measures. Ensure products are readily available on the selling floor by overseeing the replenishment process. Manage fitting rooms and cash product processing according to agreements with the Store Operations Manager.Language and Technical skills:Language Proficiency - Fluency in English.Technical Skills - Proficiency in MS Office and shop/stock management tools.Education - Bachelor's degree in a related field.Experience - Four to six years of experience in Retail, or a similar role.
