Job DescriptionSenior Strategic Operations CoordinatorReports ToRegional Academic & Operations DirectorKey ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & CoordinationOrganize and manage the Regional Directorate’s calendar, meetings, and follow-up activities.Prepare meeting minutes (MOM) and monitor the implementation of decisions and action items.Prepare presentations, executive reports, and management summaries.Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with branch managers, country managers, department heads, and cross-functional teams.Track assigned tasks, projects, and ongoing initiatives and provide regular progress updates.Support the Regional Directorate in managing priorities and daily operational follow-up.Operational & Strategic SupportContribute to monitoring the implementation of approved operational and strategic plans.Support the execution and follow-up of operational and development projects while ensuring adherence to timelines.Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making.Assist in identifying operational challenges and recommending improvement opportunities.Follow up on organizational development and operational improvement initiatives.Documentation, Governance & Process DevelopmentContribute to the preparation and updating of Operational Manuals.Assist in developing and updating operational policies and procedures.Support process documentation activities and ensure documentation reflects actual operational practices.Contribute to the preparation and review of:PoliciesProceduresStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)WorkflowsProcess MapsAssist in preparing and maintaining Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RACI Matrix).Participate in process reviews and Gap Analysis activities.Support the development of operational monitoring and control tools.Branch Coordination & Operational Follow-UpMaintain ongoing communication with branch managers and department leaders to monitor execution of plans and assignments.Monitor compliance with approved operational policies and procedures.Support operational expansion and improvement projects.Assist in operational compliance reviews and follow-up activities.Business Research & Vendor SupportConduct operational and strategic research assignments as required.Research potential schools, academies, educational institutions, and strategic partners based on organizational needs.Support vendor sourcing activities, collect quotations, and compare available alternatives.Maintain and update supplier and partner databases.Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.Develop and maintain operational dashboards and tracking tools.Prepare project status reports and initiative progress updates.Provide analytical summaries and insights to support management decision-making.
