Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals aligned with the company’s values and goals.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create targeted job descriptions.Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the architectural and real estate sectors.Design and execute organizational development programs focused on employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management.Conduct regular analysis of organizational structures and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and organizational change initiatives.Monitor and report on key talent acquisition and OD metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout all recruitment and development activities.Support the onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company culture. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any relevant field.3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of organizational development principles and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
