Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent pipelines.Conduct candidate screening and behavioral interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with internal stakeholders.Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.Promote the organization’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.Mentor or guide junior recruiters or HR staff when required.Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Typically 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies.Excellent interpersonal, interviewing, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
