We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer specializing in wood works to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will oversee technical operations related to wood works, ensuring compliance with architectural designs, specifications, and applicable codes while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and review technical specifications and drawings for wood work projects.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality control and adherence to design.Prepare and analyze reports on project specifications, budgets, and timelines.Provide technical support during project execution and address any arising challenges promptly.Ensure that all wood work materials meet safety standards and project requirements.Assist in the development of project schedules and progress reports for management.Review shop drawings and submittals related to wood works and provide feedback to ensure compliance.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor compliance with design and quality standards.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical office engineering, with a focus on wood works.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes related to wood applications.Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with project management software and tools.
