We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in the construction industry. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in sales and industry knowledge to build lasting client relationships and lead strategic initiatives in a competitive landscape.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.Identify and engage with potential clients, establishing and nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve competitive positioning.Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of client expectations and project specifications.Provide ongoing client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale projects.Strong negotiation and closing skills with a keen understanding of customer needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to leverage opportunities.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
