Approve raw materials before warehouse receipt, ensuring compliance with approved technical specifications.Follow up on production plan execution according to approved schedules.Develop and maintain fabric quality standards.Monitor fabric testing results, including weight, finishing, and shrinkage.Review supplier submissions and verify color shades and fabric construction compliance.Analyze product defects with suppliers, implement corrective and preventive actions, and prevent recurrence.Prepare and follow up product monitoring plans for new products during the first six months.Prepare periodic supplier performance reports covering quality, defect rates, on-time delivery, and waste percentages.Develop and improve products while maintaining approved quality standards.Monitor branch requirements and market trends to support product development initiatives.Participate in product development through fabric and color selection.Monitor fabric consumption through finished goods reports and raw material inspections.Review feedback received from branches and factories regarding products and follow up on corrective actions. Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in the textile or garment industry.Experience in Product Development, Fabric Development, Technical Office, Fabric Quality, or R&D.Strong knowledge of fabric specifications, textile testing, color matching, and fabric construction.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
