Senior UX/UI Designer - Digital Platforms & Enterprise Systems

We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Senior UX/UI Designer to create build-ready designs for web, intranet, enterprise portals, and mobile experiences . 🔹 Role Overview Translate business & functional requirements into practical, tested designs Work closely with Project Managers, BAs, Developers & Clients Ensure consistency, usability, and successful implementation across platforms 🌐 Platforms & Projects Public websites (Government / Free Zone / Enterprise) Intranets & Employee Experience Platforms Business applications & workflows Mobile & responsive web apps Liferay DXP–based platforms & other frameworks ✅ Key Responsibilities Transform BRDs & user stories into user journeys, task flows & screen flows Conduct UX discovery, stakeholder interviews, validation workshops Deliver personas, journey maps, IA, navigation models Design developer-ready UI, modular/reusable components, and design systems Handle Arabic & English layouts (RTL/LTR) Design for responsive, tablet, and kiosk use cases Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs Ensure visual consistency & clear specifications for dev handover 🌟 Who You Are Experienced in regulated environments: employees, managers, vendors, citizens, students, startups Strong sense of user-centered design & system constraints Delivery-focused, outcome-driven, and collaborative
