Müller's Solutions is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on the strategic portfolio management (SPM) aspect within ServiceNow, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of SPM solutions that align with business objectives. You will serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating the successful delivery of ServiceNow SPM initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ServiceNow SPM modulesTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications and workflows within ServiceNow SPMWork closely with development and configuration teams to ensure solutions meet business expectationsFacilitate workshops and meetings to communicate solutions and gather feedbackAssist in testing activities including the development of test cases, conducting UAT, and ensuring high-quality deliverablesProvide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow SPM functionalities and enhancementsMonitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements related to portfolio and project management processesRequirementsQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPMStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, especially the Strategic Portfolio Management moduleExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional designsUnderstanding of project and portfolio management concepts and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plusRelevant ServiceNow certifications are advantageousBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
