Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to identify defects and evaluate the condition of works on site. Assist in performing root-cause analysis for defects, particularly related to insulation and civil works. Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure works comply with approved specifications. Supervise site activities related to modification works and Defect Liability Period (DLP) repairs. Prepare snag lists during inspections and follow up on corrective actions until all items are closed. Verify completion of all defects and ensure works meet quality standards before final acceptance.
