Egybell is hiring a Site CoordinatorKey Responsibilities* Coordinate day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.* Serve as the main point of communication between site personnel, contractors, consultants, and management.* Track project schedules and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.* Organize site meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MOM).* Maintain project documentation, reports, permits, and records.* Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and resources required for site operations.* Monitor site activities and report delays, risks, or issues to project management.* Assist in resolving operational and administrative challenges on-site.* Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Required Skills* Strong communication and coordination abilities.* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).* Ability to manage documentation and project records effectively.* Problem-solving and time-management skills.* Experience in construction or project environments is preferred.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.* Previous experience in site coordination, project coordination, or construction support roles is an advantage.
