Egybell is hiring Brand Activation & Field Marketing SpecialistLocation: New Cairo.Key Responsibilities:Execute on-ground activations, events, and retail campaignsCoordinate suppliers, promoters, logistics, permits, and setupsManage on-ground shoots, creators, and freelance teamsSupervise activation execution and customer experienceCoordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teamsTrack campaign performance and prepare post-event reportsIdentify new partnership and activation opportunitiesRequirements:* 2–4 years of experience in on-ground marketing, events, activations, or retail marketing* Strong organizational and communication skills* Experience managing vendors, promoters, and logistics* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks* Arabic fluency and good English communication* Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
