Site Engineer

TMA is a leading company specializing in crane solutions and electromechanical engineering services, providing installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment across various sectors. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to join our growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise on-site installation, erection, commissioning, and maintenance of cranes and electromechanical systems.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.Conduct site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and project progress updates.Support project planning, resource allocation, and material management.Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions when required. RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in crane systems, lifting equipment, or electromechanical projects.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.Knowledge of safety standards and site management practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software tools.Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.Valid driver's license is preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience with overhead cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, or industrial lifting equipment.Knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, and industrial electrical systems.Certification in project management or occupational safety is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Exposure to challenging industrial projects.
