About the Role We are looking for a skilled Site Execution Engineer (Civil) with experience in events and campaigns execution to oversee on-site production processes from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to translate creative designs into high-quality physical builds while ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost control. Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise the on-site production and execution of event and campaign structures. • Coordinate with design, creative, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of concepts. • Prepare and review technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD. • Supervise fabrication, installation, and dismantling processes on-site. • Ensure materials, timelines, and budgets are aligned with project requirements. • Conduct site visits and oversee on-ground execution to maintain quality standards. • Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and contractors to ensure timely delivery. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site execution best practices. Work Conditions • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Social Insurance Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). • 2–5 years of experience in site execution within events, exhibitions, or campaign builds. • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). • Strong understanding of construction materials, fabrication methods, and site installation processes. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability.
