This role includes managing daily posting schedules, engaging with online communities, and maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with influencers and internal teams to develop content calendars, support influencer marketing initiatives, and align social media activities with broader marketing goals.Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, implementing social media optimization (SMO) strategies, and providing regular reports and recommendations. The role also requires staying up to date with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools to enhance reach and engagement.QualificationsStrong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.Experience in Content Strategy and Writing, with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned social media content.Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows, campaign management, and basic data analytics or social media reporting tools.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and audience targeting; prior experience in tech or marketing agencies is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
