Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Moderator or in Customer Service.Language: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written).Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of industrial/technical products (or ability to learn quickly).Work Environment: Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for remote work.Location: While the role is Remote, being based in or near 10th of Ramadan City is a plus for occasional meetings or training.
