This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to showcase City & The Sea’s travel and event offerings. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing and designing posts, capturing and selecting visual assets, and engaging with online communities through comments, messages, and collaborations. The Social Media Specialist will monitor performance metrics, report on campaign results, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The role also involves coordinating with the travel and events teams to ensure accurate representation of services, maintaining brand consistency, and staying current with social trends relevant to luxury travel and events.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression.Experience managing social media accounts for brands in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is beneficial.Ability to analyze social media metrics, use social media management tools, and adapt strategies based on data is beneficial.A keen eye for visual storytelling, basic photo/video editing skills, and familiarity with current social media trends are beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and additional languages is an advantage.
