Required Qualifications• 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist.• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube).• Experience in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.• Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.• Ability to work as part of a team.Preferred (Nice to Have):• Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite)• Experience in community management and customer engagement.
