Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Account Management located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Head of Account Management will lead a team of account managers to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. This role involves creating strategies to enhance client engagement, overseeing account growth, optimizing sales performance, and analyzing key metrics to identify business opportunities. The position also requires collaboration across internal teams, such as sales and customer success, to develop and execute tailored solutions for clients. Qualifications Expertise in Account Management and Business Relationship Management to effectively manage and enhance client partnerships.Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to improve performance and achieve business goals.Experience in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate the account management team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams, present ideas, and address client needs effectively.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
