Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager of Account Management, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business goals. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships, analyzing account performance, addressing client concerns, and driving customer growth and retention through personalized solutions. The role also involves collaborating across teams to improve service delivery and meet performance targets.
