The Bilingual Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring the achievement of team goals. Key responsibilities include providing support and guidance to team members, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Additionally, the role involves facilitating effective communication in both languages and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
