The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Working closely with development and product teams, the Sr. QC Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirementsPerform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issuesAnalyze and report defects clearly, collaborating with developers to facilitate timely resolutionParticipate in review meetings and provide inputs on quality improvementsContribute to the design and implementation of automated test scripts and frameworksEnsure consistency in test documentation and adherence to quality standardsMentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing within the teamWork within Agile development environments to support iterative testing and deliveryRequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in software quality assurance, preferably in a senior role.Technical Skills:Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, both manual and automatedProficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similarExperience with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRailGood understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesKnowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plusSoft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to qualityAbility to mentor and guide junior team membersCertifications (Preferred): ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification in software testing.BenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
