Monitor, track, and audit stock control procedures across all warehouses and showrooms. Reconcile physical stock counts against system records.Investigate, identify, and resolve discrepancies or errors in stock transactions in a timely manner. Analyze stock variances and provide clear, actionable insights to management.Generate regular inventory valuation reports, slow-moving items analyses, and stock age reports to optimize working capital.Ensure all inventory processes and movements are strictly implemented according to approved company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic, cyclical, and annual physical inventory counts.Partner with Warehousing, Procurement, and Sales departments to maintain seamless data flow and resolve system bottlenecks.Maintain flawless documentation for all inventory movements (GRNs, transfers, adjustments) and ensure maximum data accuracy within the ERP system. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a closely related field.Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in stock control, inventory accounting, or cost accounting.Hands-on experience working with ERP inventory modules (Odoo experience is highly preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including advanced formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) and Pivot Tables.Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Solid understanding of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Weighted Average, etc.).Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.Ability to work under pressure during peak auditing and year-end closing periods.
