Groovy focuses on creating a relaxing, comfortable environment where clients can care for their whole body and build confidence through tailored, high-quality treatments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Stock Controller role based at Groovy Aesthetic clinics in Heliopolis. The Stock Controller is responsible for monitoring, receiving, and organizing all clinic inventory, including medical supplies, cosmetics, and spa-related products, to ensure accurate stock levels at all times. Daily tasks include conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory records, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to manage orders and deliveries. The role also involves tracking product usage, monitoring expiry dates, implementing stock rotation, and ensuring secure, hygienic storage in line with clinical and regulatory standards. The Stock Controller collaborates closely with clinic management and medical staff to forecast needs, prevent shortages, minimize waste, and support smooth operational workflows for all service areas.QualificationsStrong stock-related competencies, including Stock Control, Stock Management, and Inventory Control skills.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret stock data, identify trends, and support accurate forecasting and reporting.Effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, clinic teams, and management in a clear and timely manner.Previous experience in stock or inventory roles, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, retail, or hospitality environments.Proficiency with inventory or ERP software and basic MS Office (especially Excel) for data entry and reporting.High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, manage physical stock tasks, and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is an advantage.
