We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Executive Office Manager to support the Country Director of a leading UK-based healthcare group operating in Egypt. The role requires a strong combination of executive office management, strategic coordination, operational oversight, and healthcare industry experience.The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Country Director, ensuring smooth executive operations, supporting strategic initiatives, driving implementation follow-through, and coordinating cross-functional priorities across the organization.Healthcare sector experience and prior executive office support experience are essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Office ManagementManage and oversee the daily operations of the Country Director’s office.Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.Prepare high-level reports, presentations, meeting briefs, and executive summaries.Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Country Director and internal/external stakeholders.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters.Strategic Planning & ImplementationSupport the Country Director in developing and executing strategic initiatives.Track and monitor implementation of strategic projects across departments.Coordinate follow-up actions, KPIs, timelines, and accountability frameworks.Prepare progress reports and strategic performance updates for leadership meetings.Assist in organizational planning, transformation projects, and operational improvement initiatives.Stakeholder & Operations CoordinationLiaise with regional and UK headquarters teams to align local operations with group objectives.Coordinate with healthcare facilities, operational teams, and department heads to ensure strategic alignment.Support governance processes, leadership meetings, and executive committees.Facilitate communication between business units and ensure timely execution of priorities.Administrative & Leadership SupportDraft executive communications, policies, and operational documents.Organize board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic workshops.Support budget tracking, procurement coordination, and office administration where required.Contribute to building efficient executive office systems and workflows.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Management, or related field.Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in: Executive office management, Strategic coordination or PMO functions, Healthcare or hospital sector operationsPrevious experience supporting senior executives or country leadership is mandatory.Experience in multinational or international organizations, preferably UK-based groups, is highly preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday off ).Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PMWork Location: Heliopolis, Cairo.
