Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for chemical raw materials and finished products.Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory levels.Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet business demands.Oversee local and international purchasing activities for chemical materials.Manage supplier relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and negotiate contracts and pricing.Coordinate import/export shipments and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.Supervise warehousing and transportation activities while ensuring safe handling of chemical products.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and chemical handling regulations.Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports related to KPIs, stock movement, costs, and forecasting.Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to avoid supply disruptions.Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental objectives.Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory departments to ensure product compliance.
