Job Summary Our client is seeking a motivated and capable Supply Chain Specialist to join their Egypt office. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional with strong knowledge of procurement, importation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and overall supply chain operations to ensure products are available efficiently and cost-effectively. Work Arrangements Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager Location: Gleem, Alexandria, Egypt Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Timezone: Saudi Arabia Contract Type: Full-time - On-site Key Responsibilities Coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and replenishment planning. Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely importation of goods. Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to maintain optimal inventory while minimizing excess stock. Assist in forecasting product requirements based on sales trends and business needs. Coordinate with sales, operations, warehousing, and procurement teams to ensure smooth product availability. Track supplier performance, shipment schedules, and import timelines. Prepare supply chain, inventory, and procurement reports for management. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, inventory control, and operational processes.
