As we embark on a groundbreaking digital transformation journey, we are committed to leveraging the latest technologies to establish a state-of-the-art data architecture that will redefine our performance and service delivery.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the T24 core banking systemTranslate business needs into functional specifications and system configurationsCollaborate with technical teams and vendors to design and implement T24 modules and enhancementsSupport T24 core modules such as AA (Arrangement Architecture), Funds Transfer, Customer, Accounts, Loans, and DepositsConduct gap analysis between business requirements and T24 capabilitiesAssist with T24 upgrades, patching, testing, and system integration effortsPerform functional testing, UAT support, and defect trackingDevelop reports and queries using T24 tools (e.g., InfoBasic, OFS, Browser, IRIS, T24 Enquiry)Provide post-implementation support and training to end usersLiaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarityMonitor and resolve system issues and ensure data integrity and accuracyQualifications and Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on T24 experienceStrong understanding of T24 modules, data structures, and interfacesExperience with T24 upgrades, customizations, and integration projectsProficient in preparing BRDs, FSDs, test plans, and user guidesFamiliarity with T24 tools like T24 Browser, OFS, TAFC/TAFJ, Temenos Design Studio, etcExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working in Agile or Waterfall project environmentsPreferred Skills:Experience in banking/financial services industryKnowledge of SWIFT, payments, regulatory compliance, or digital banking integrationsUnderstanding of APIs and microservices in the context of T24Familiarity with SQL or data extraction/reporting toolsCertifications (Optional )Temenos Certification in T24 Core BankingBenefitsAttractive, market-leading salary packageClear career advancement path with professional development opportunitiesOne-year contract with Xenon7, presenting a significant opportunity for renewal
