This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment while building foundational HR skills in a professional, high-impact environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databasesScreen CVs and conduct initial phone interviewsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersSupport mass hiring activities and recruitment campaignsPost job vacancies on various platforms and monitor applicationsCommunicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring processAssist in onboarding documentation and follow-upsProvide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teamMinimum Requirements3rd or 4th year student, or a fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field6 months at least of experience in recruitment or HR (mass hiring experience is a strong plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn and growHigh level of motivation and initiativeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentalsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plusGood command of English (written and spoken)Ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism
