Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent GlobeMed Egypt at job fairs and recruitment events.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition policies and best practices.Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to identify areas for process improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and healthcare recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Knowledge of employer branding and talent sourcing techniques.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
