A growing ERP and digital solutions company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead and manage its talent acquisition operations and recruitment team.The role is responsible for managing hiring activities, recruitment operations, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines across technical, business, and corporate functions while ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring execution aligned with business needs.The ideal candidate will lead the Talent Acquisition team, manage recruitment planning and hiring progress, support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives, and work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to support workforce growth and recruitment effectiveness. Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage talent acquisition operations, recruitment activities, and hiring pipelines across different business functions.Manage the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and hiring execution.Develop and manage sourcing strategies, recruitment plans, and talent attraction activities across ongoing vacancies.Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, workforce needs, and recruitment challenges.Monitor hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, recruitment metrics, and operational performance through regular reporting and follow-up.Support employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment process improvement initiatives.Manage sourcing platforms, recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter activities, and external recruitment partners when needed.Coach and support recruiters to drive team performance, operational efficiency, and professional growth. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or related fields.Previous experience leading talent acquisition teams or managing recruitment operations is a must.Experience in ERP, software, technology, or IT hiring environments is highly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.Strong analytical, reporting, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple hiring needs and operational priorities within a fast-paced environment.
