Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Talent Acquisition professional specializing in the real estate sector. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and hiring qualified candidates, developing effective employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The Talent Acquisition specialist will work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs and attract top talent. Qualifications Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes to effectively manage all stages of talent acquisitionSkills in Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent to the organizationStrong Interviewing and Recruiting abilities to assess candidates and build a strong workforceExcellent organizational and time-management skills to manage recruitment priorities efficientlyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teamsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the real estate industry or a related field is a plus
