Responsibilities & Duties: Designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Leading & reviewing the recruiting and hiring standard procedures to attract, recruit and hire the most qualified and competent teamwork. Hiring & leading Talent Acquisition specialists & Talent Sourcing specialists team to enhance the candidates’ pool quality. Conducting interviews guided by competency job scale to the chosen candidates through personal interview to figure out needful skills targeting to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. Conducting proper tests according to different positions requirements (Computer, Technical, English, IQ and Personality). Evaluating selection and testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management and supervisory personnel. Acquiring Line Managers’ approval, to proceed with new hiring process. Posting, advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling and conducting interviews. Developing and negotiating job offers and proactively building Benchmark’s talent pipeline. Creating strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions Collaborating with Head of departments on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring needs and to identify job requirements and draft detailed job descriptions. Identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions and sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels.  Developing and managing our new employee referrals program. Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies. Developing and updating job profiles with a clear job descriptions / job specifications. Performing national/international labor market job analysis, evaluation job requirements and objectives updating Preparing the needed recruitment materials and post jobs announces through professional and appropriate sourcing channels, job board, newspapers, social media platforms, career centers professional networks, and recruitment agencies and etc. Receiving, screening, selecting and longlisting the received resumes and job applications according to the determined selecting criteria. Conducting the required phone screening, technical tests, online and in-person interviews, by using various reliable recruiting and selection tools for the shortlisted candidates  Managing Background, Criminal & References check for the selected candidates  Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated. Measuring and reporting different Recruitment and Talent acquisition metrics on frequent basis  Developing new recruitment reporting system and preparing analytical recruiting reports on regular basis Promoting company’s reputation as “Best Place To Work” and recruitment market approaches Managing and improving Employee experience journey, Employee branding and Employee satisfaction programs  Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity Fostering strong and long-lasting relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future job openings. Keeping updated for all innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in latest recruitment practices. Developing company’s talent bench marking /talent assessment policies and, conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions. Performing analysis of organizational development and anticipating future employment needs. Managing candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. Administering and submitting all hiring documents for new employees. Providing monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives and labor market changes.  Working closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges. Proactively seeking market intelligence to gain competitive advantages in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies. Conducting salary surveys at least twice per year and advises on updating salary structure matrix Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. Managing and completing the full recruitment process and receiving the required hiring documents. Carrying on and handling any other relevant tasks related to this job profile assigned by the Country Head of HR.  Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional HR Management Diploma or HR post graduate studies. At least 10 years of experience as a TA /Recruitment Manager in the Retails, Apparels and/or Garments industries is a must.  At least 3 years of international Apparels and/or Garments recruitment experience. In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods. The ability to use different recruitment techniques, tools and conduct all types of interviews. Experience with recruitment processes and databases. Excellent understanding of full cycle of recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with various stakeholders. The ability to design and implement different TA strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic. Good interpersonal skills and decision-making skills. A working knowledge of employment law and legislation. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.  Resident in Ismailia City or available for relocation as soon as possible. Available for International and Domestic travel when required. Egyptian citizen as it is a national position.  Desirable Requirements:  Mass hiring and Recruitment agency is preferable. Asian languages speaker is an advance. Impactful presentation style. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver. Familiar with different HR Software, will be an addition.  Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Understanding and complying with the International Standards Organization for international standard & policy (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, BSCI) and ethical code of conduct.
