Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.Handle recruitment for White Collar roles (administrative, professional, and managerial positions).Handle recruitment for Blue Collar roles (technicians, operators, warehouse staff, drivers, and other operational roles).Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Prepare and issue job offers and support the onboarding process.Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate documentation.Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
