Manage full-cycle recruitment for operations, production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain roles.Partner with plant managers to identify workforce needs and support manpower planning.Develop effective sourcing strategies for technical, engineering, and blue-collar positions.Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.Manage offer preparation, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local labor regulations.Build talent pipelines and maintain strong networks within industrial zones.Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs.Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation in HR systems. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1-3 years in manufacturing or industrial sectors.Proven experience hiring blue-collar, technicians, engineers, and plant-level positions.Strong knowledge of local labor market in Suez and 10th of Ramadan industrial zones.Experience in mass hiring and workforce planning is highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical mindset with ability to work under hiring pressure.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
