ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our end-to-end hiring process and help us bring in the right people, fast. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates and a key partner to hiring managers across the business.This role is recruitment-first , your core impact is filling quality roles efficiently while creating a candidate experience that reflects who we are.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions: source, screen, interview-coordinate, and close candidates.Build and maintain active talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.Conduct structured screening calls to assess candidate fit against role requirements and culture.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience on both sides.Draft and publish job postings that are clear, compelling, and targeted to the right audience.Support onboarding logistics to ensure new hires have a seamless first-day experience.Maintain accurate recruitment data and track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate).Assist with HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and employment records.REQUIREMENTS1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house or agency).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.Experience with with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS or HRMS tool.Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Working knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance basics.
