Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing and maintaining strong employer branding strategies, sourcing and interviewing top talent to fill organizational roles, and supporting the organization’s talent management strategy. The role involves close collaboration with team members and department leads to ensure optimal hiring outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processesExperience in Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talentStrong skills in Interviewing and sourcing qualified candidatesDemonstrated expertise in Recruiting across various levels and rolesAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and industry best practicesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plusFluency in English, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
