Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales and Business Development based in Cairo, Egypt. The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing strategic business partnerships, and managing sales operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing business development plans. The role is pivotal in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to meet and exceed revenue goals.Strong Business Development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and expand the client base.Experience in managing teams and driving collaborative success through effective Team Management strategies.Exceptional Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction.Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in developing and implementing sales initiatives.Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Familiarity with the luxury travel or hospitality industry is a plus.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
