Role Overview:Responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stage)Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and profilesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipelinePost jobs and manage recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the processTrack and report recruitment metrics 2–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with sourcing tools and platforms
