Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter, based in Giza. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational needs. The role requires building recruitment strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. Furthermore, the role involves identifying technical talent, headhunting, and fostering relationships to acquire top-tier candidates for the organization.Work condition:Onsite, Smart VillageQualifications1+ year of experience preferably in Technical feild.Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Solid expertise in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting processes.Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.Ability to build and manage talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in IT and technology recruitment is a plus.Organizational and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and recruitment objectives.
