You will oversee the implementation of learning programs, support employee engagement initiatives that enhance performance and experience, and ensure the talent pipeline remains active with future-ready candidates. Your role will be key in guiding execution, maintaining quality, and supporting Nawah as a workplace where talent can grow and thrive.Job ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development:Supervise the identification of skill gaps through Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), performance data, and business requirements.Oversee coordination with external partners and vendors to ensure effective and high-quality training delivery.Review training feedback and guide continuous improvement actions to enhance learning outcomes.Ensure accurate training records are maintained and monitor compliance with all mandatory learning programs.Employee Engagement:Lead the execution of employee engagement plans and assess their effectiveness and overall impact.Oversee recognition, wellness, and team-building initiatives to strengthen morale and employee experience.Supervise internal communication channels, including newsletters, bulletin boards, and engagement calendars.Monitor participation trends and evaluate insights to support continuous improvement in culture and engagement initiatives.Talent Pool Development:Supervise the development of junior talent pipelines to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.Oversee job postings and candidate flow management through the ATS.Ensure smooth coordination of interviews and evaluation processes with hiring teams.Monitor the accuracy and quality of candidate records to maintain a strong and accessible talent pool for future opportunities. AI IntegrationLeverage AI tools to analyze employee engagement data and predict trends in satisfaction and retention.Use AI-driven insights to identify training needs and personalize learning journeys.Apply AI in talent acquisition to screen resumes, assess skills, and improve candidate matching.Automate routine HR reporting and dashboards using AI-powered analytics.Stay updated on emerging AI solutions in HR to continuously enhance employee experience and HR efficiency. Must have:Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR function with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition.Experience as a supervisor.Nice to have:Scientific educational background (Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Science)Experience working in a pharmaceutical company.Experience working on HR Platforms and ATS.
