Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the Food & Beverage industry in EgyptWe're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist-Food & Beverage Location: Cairo, Egypt Industry: Food & Beverage / Restaurant ChainWe are hiring on behalf of a leading restaurant chain in Egypt looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company's rapid growth by attracting and hiring top talent across operational and corporate functions.Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and building strong talent pipelines for both restaurant operations and head office roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboardingHandle hiring for restaurant operations roles including:Branch ManagersSupervisorsChefs & Kitchen StaffService CrewCorporate FunctionsSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment campaignsConduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managersBuild and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processTrack recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, hiring success, and sourcing efficiencySupport employer branding and recruitment marketing initiativesMaintain recruitment reports and ATS/database updatesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitmentExperience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring is highly preferredStrong sourcing and interviewing skillsFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer development opportunities within a growing organizationDynamic and collaborative work environmentExposure to large-scale recruitment operations
