Support the development and implementation of talent management initiatives with a focus on Organizational Development (OD) aligned with business objectives.Assist in organizational design activities including structure updates, job descriptions, and workforce planning.Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.Contribute to developing competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning processes.Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs to enhance organizational capabilities.Assist in implementing change management and employee engagement initiatives.Monitor HR metrics related to performance, development, and organizational effectiveness.Ensure talent management practices are aligned with company policies and organizational development goals.Collaborate with different departments to support employee development and engagement initiatives.Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members when required. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development.Good understanding of organizational design, performance management, and competency frameworks.Basic knowledge of change management and employee development programs.Experience in manufacturing or large organizations is a plus.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.Experience using HR systems (HRIS) and performance management tools.
