What we will achieve together : Learning & Development (Core Focus)Support the development and execution of the annual L&D plan aligned with business needs Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs (technical, behavioral, leadership) Drive and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) Support talent reviews and succession planning processes Promote a culture of continuous learning and development Measure training effectiveness and suggest improvements Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured methodologies Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Build talent pipelines for key and recurring roles Support employer branding and university engagement initiatives Onboarding & Talent IntegrationCoordinate onboarding programs for new hires Ensure smooth integration and alignment with company culture Link onboarding with development plans to accelerate performance Stakeholder PartnershipAct as a point of contact for managers on hiring and development needs Provide insights on talent gaps and development priorities Collaborate with HR team on broader talent and organizational initiatives Reporting & ProcessesTrack recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) Monitor L&D metrics and program effectiveness Maintain accurate records on HR systems Support budget tracking for training and recruitment activities.Bring your competencies :EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience3–5 years of HR experienceHands-on exposure to both Learning & Development and RecruitmentExperience working closely with business stakeholdersSkills & CompetenciesStrong interviewing and assessment skillsFacilitation and presentation capabilitiesStakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKPIs / Success MeasuresL&DExecution and impact of L&D initiativesEmployee engagement in development programsImprovement in capability gapsTalent AcquisitionTime-to-fill and quality of hireHiring manager satisfactionCandidate experience
